Engagement Gift

After shifting to a new apartment ,I was lucky to find a friend who shared the same passion as mine-crafts. I was super excited to find someone with the same interest and guess what??? She (Gayatri) also belonged to my native place. Now, that was something really special. We decided to accept orders  so that we could earn some money while spending time together creating beautiful stuff.
Through her contacts we received our first order where the groom wanted to gift his would be bride  a box of sweets on their engagement day. This was our 1st creation together and we are looking forward for more.

The big picture!!!

Card using stamping technique.

After browsing the internet, I came across various pretty cards using the stamping technique. I was a bit reluctant to make an investment buying stamps, inks and stuff. So, remembered a trick taught to me in school using different vegetables and fruits and decided to use the same for this creation.

I have used okra / ladyfinger (veggie) and a cotton ear bud to create stamps , flowers made from pamphlets received alongwith  newspapers, and the message tag from an old wedding invitation card. Recycled few things which would have otherwise gone in the bin. Hope you like it.

Just a matter of 30 minutes!!!

Bee hive flower

I made this flower using bee-hive technique. Since this was my first attempt, I was extremely happy with the effort that I had put in.

Beautiful!

3 d Quilling

I wanted to quill a girl with a cute little bunny. This was half made few months back but I was somehow not able to complete it. Finally, made up my mind and gave it a final shot. Quilling those little carrots was fun.
